STRATEGY.

Intelligent Organizations and Communities.

Călin Hințea

About the book

The book aims to be a journey into the world of strategy. It is based on integrated experience from academic, managerial, governmental, and consultancy fields in both the public and private sectors, at national and international levels.

The book has four main sections:

  1. Analysis of strategy and its essential concepts;
  2. Definition and description of a specific strategic planning model: the strategic profile;
  3. Analysis of the relationship between organizational culture and strategy;
  4. Definition of strategic leadership.

Within this work, I have included original analytical models developed over time, based on experience gained from coordinating numerous organizational and community strategic planning processes over a period of more than 20 years. These refer to concepts such as the intelligent organization/community, the vulnerable society, the strategic paradigm, strategic advantage, the construction of the strategic profile, organizational culture analysis models, the strategic leader, and depressive communities.

I hope this book will be useful to everyone interested in the field of strategy.
